Yellow Rose Recipes-"Raw Corn Salsa," "Aloha Bread," "Spinach Chickpea Dip," and "Nacho Sauce"

I am also finding this task to be daunting. However, I am finding that several of my cookbooks suck. They include things I will probably never make because they are so difficult and time-consuming. So, I feel like I can make my recipes (mine's 5 out of each book) and then purge the books without guilt.
